The seminar is a meeting for giving and discussing information. In the seminar, the HHoL professional works with the customer to formulate linguistic systems directly related to the customer's needs. For example, a telephone script is needed for improved customer service. After a needs analysis, discussion ensues which leads to an end-product which fits the situation. In such situations the customer takes the lead in the organization and the HHoL instructor assumes the role of an advisor.
